Program Design and Delivery

Coolamon has a deep and proven capability in program design and delivery. Our team has managed complex Government programs and delivered these successfully. We follow a 'human-centred' design framework when supporting agencies with program design.

Our experience in designing some of the Governments' more culturally sensitive programs ensures that our clients receive insight and perspective that will ensure effective and proven design principles are deployed.  Our delivery model aims to include a high level of Indigenous inclusivity and we will often look to regional locations to create opportunities that have a positive impact on the local communities while ensuring high-quality outcomes for Government.
