Lisa is a proud Iwaidja woman, born and raised in the Northern Territory, experiencing the barriers to improving social outcomes and receiving recognition as a leader, sharing her strengths of compassion, empathy, developing, leading others, creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking. She has an extensive network of colleagues, friends and family spanning Australia and the Torres Strait Islands.
During 20 year career in the public sector Lisa accumulated a broad collection of competencies, experiences, and knowledge, leading teams across policy development, program delivery, corporate and enabling functions, in multiple Commonwealth portfolios.
Lisa has ongoing professional memberships in workplace coaching, organisational change management and applied neuroscience and brain health, along with holding certificates in First Aid, Mental Health First Aid and being a registered practitioner of Team Management Systems (TMS) and Strengthscope.
