Examples of our work
Turning shared decision-making commitments into practical frameworks for the Secretariat of National Aboriginal and Islander Child Care (SNAICC)
We developed a nationally consistent, culturally safe Shared Decision-Making framework to operationalise Closing the Gap Priority Reform One across early childhood systems. By embedding First Nations governance, enabling joint accountability between governments and ACCOs, and upholding Indigenous Data Sovereignty, the framework provides a practical pathway from policy commitment to operational action. Our approach combined multi-jurisdictional consultation, integrated governance design, and a robust Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning framework, supporting measurable improvements in engagement, accountability, and early childhood outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children.

Building inclusive, member-driven frameworks that strengthen governance, measure impact and drive sector-wide sustainability for the National Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (NACCHO)
We led the development of a sector-wide Strategic Directions framework for NACCHO, reflecting the collective voice of its 147 Community Controlled member organisations. Through a participatory national planning process, inclusive consultation, and consensus-building, we strengthened governance, embedded Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, and delivered a cohesive framework that supports long-term sustainability, self-determination, and national advocacy.
