Business and Organisational Transformation

We support organisational and system transformation, including with Aboriginal Community-Controlled Organisations.
This involves fundamentally reshaping how organisations operate to improve performance, respond to policy and service priorities, and deliver strategic outcomes. Our services include operating model design, reform and transformation initiatives, change and transition support, and embedding culturally informed governance, decision-making and ways of working that are responsive to community needs.

Our services include:

  • Process mapping, redesign, and efficiency analysis for core organisational functions

  • Operating model simulations to test reform options and impacts

  • Transformation roadmaps with phased implementation planning

  • Organisational capability and readiness assessments using quantitative and qualitative data

  • KPI and performance measurement framework design

  • Integration planning for people, process and technology systems

  • Impact evaluation of transformation initiatives

Turning shared decision-making commitments into practical frameworks for the Secretariat of National Aboriginal and Islander Child Care (SNAICC)

We developed a nationally consistent, culturally safe Shared Decision-Making framework to operationalise Closing the Gap Priority Reform One across early childhood systems. By embedding First Nations governance, enabling joint accountability between governments and ACCOs, and upholding Indigenous Data Sovereignty, the framework provides a practical pathway from policy commitment to operational action. Our approach combined multi-jurisdictional consultation, integrated governance design, and a robust Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning framework, supporting measurable improvements in engagement, accountability, and early childhood outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children.

Building culturally responsive governance and partnership models for the Australian Nurse-Family Partnership Program, Commonwealth Government and licensed partners

We redesigned the operating and partnership model for the Australian Nurse-Family Partnership Program, a national nurse-led home-visiting initiative supporting First Nations families. By embedding culturally informed governance, strengthening accountability, and clarifying roles across 14 program partners, we delivered a future-ready model that balances national consistency with local responsiveness. Our approach included comprehensive analysis of governance, risk, and resourcing, and the design of formal partnership arrangements that improve collaboration, oversight, and long-term program sustainability, ensuring better outcomes for First Nations families.
