Examples of our work

Delivering sustainable economic impact and capability for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses for the ACT Government

We manage and deliver the ACT Government’s flagship Badji Business Program, supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses to grow, thrive, and access new economic opportunities. Our end-to-end program management combines culturally safe engagement, tailored business support, and disciplined governance, ensuring measurable year-on-year improvements in capability, revenue stability, and market readiness. By embedding performance tracking and continuous improvement, we strengthened economic self-determination and built lasting trust between government and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander business community.

Bringing community voices and six years of data together to hold systems accountable and drive meaningful reform for the ACT Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elected Body (ATSIEB)

Over several years, we have supported ATSIEB as program secretariat to design and deliver an independent, culturally grounded hearings process. Through deep community engagement, rigorous evidence collection assessing six years of Closing the Gap and ACT Government commitments, and multi-directorate data analysis, we translated lived experience and government performance data into actionable, system-level recommendations. By managing the end-to-end process, including consultation design, hearings facilitation, evidence synthesis, and report development, we enabled ATSIEB to hold government accountable, strengthen Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander oversight, and embed a repeatable model for transparent, reform-focused governance.
